Terms of Service for Abjom Tech’s Job Application Services

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Abjom Tech’s Job Application Services (“Services”). By subscribing to our Services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with these Terms and our [Privacy Policy].

2. Scope of Services

Abjom Tech agrees to provide the following Services, as detailed in the SLA:

  • Submit job applications to UK employers offering visa sponsorship (e.g., NHS and other verified organizations).

  • Review and optimize your CV, cover letter, and supporting documents.

  • Offer interview preparation support during the subscription period.

Limitations:

  • No Guarantee of Employment: Abjom Tech does not guarantee job offers or visa sponsorship. Employer decisions are final.

  • Geographical Focus: Services target UK-based employers only.

3. Interview Guarantees

The Guarantee Offer
Abjom Tech guarantees that you will secure at least one (1) job interview invitation for a position within your designated field and experience level within three (3) months from the date your service package is officially activated (“Guarantee Period”). If this condition is not met, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the fee paid for the Service or allow Abjom Tech to continue your applications till you do, subject to your full compliance with all the terms outlined herein.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Guarantee, you, the Client, must meet the following minimum professional criteria at the time of enrollment. Abjom Tech will verify this information during the initial onboarding process.

  • Relevant Work Experience: Must possess a minimum of 1 year (at least 6 months experience in the UK) full-time, professional work experience in the specific field you are seeking employment in.

  • Professional Certification: Must hold at least one (1) valid, industry-recognized certification relevant to the target job role. (e.g., Care Certification for healthcare-related roles, PMP for project managers, AWS Certified Solutions Architect for cloud professionals, CPA for accountants).

  • Legal Work Status: Must be legally eligible to work in the country where they are seeking employment.

  • Realistic Job Targets: Must be seeking positions that are appropriate for their experience level (e.g., not applying exclusively for senior executive roles with mid-level experience).

Client Obligations (The “Active Participation” Clause)
The Guarantee is contingent upon the Client’s participation in “Client Responsibilities” throughout the service period. Failure to fulfill these obligations will render the Guarantee null and void. See section 4 “Client Responsibilities” below

Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund claim under this Guarantee, the Client must:

  1. Submit a formal written request via email to refunds@abjom.co.uk within seven (7) calendar days after the expiration of the 3-month Guarantee Period.

  2. The email must contain the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.

  3. The request must include proof that you have met all the conditions above and “Client Responsibilities” (Section 4).

Abjom Tech will review the claim and all associated service records. We may request a final call to discuss the outcomes.

Refund Approval and Processing
If your refund claim is validated and approved:

  • The refund will be processed within twenty (20) business days of approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be agreed upon.

  • Upon refund, Abjom Tech’s obligation to you is considered fulfilled in full, and all services will be terminated.

General Exclusions
The Interview Guarantee will be void, and no refund will be issued, if the failure to secure an interview is attributable to, but not limited to, the following:

  • Client Rejection of Suitable Role: Refusal to apply for a role that meets the agreed-upon criteria and for which you are qualified.

  • Unprofessional Conduct: Any unprofessional, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct by the Client during the application or interview process, including misrepresentation of qualifications.

  • Market Conditions: General economic downturns, hiring freezes, or industry-wide layoffs that significantly impact the availability of open positions.

  • Unavailability: Failure to be available for interviews or to communicate availability to your potential employers.

  • Change or Misinformation from Employer: Potential employer changes employment terms, job description, or terms of employment after Abjom Tech has applied for the role advertised by the employer.

Limitation of Liability
Abjom Tech’s total liability under this Guarantee is limited to the total fee paid for the Service. Under no circumstances shall Abjom Tech be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost wages or missed opportunities.

Modifications
Abjom Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your service enrollment will govern your Guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (e.g., qualifications, work history).

  • Submit required documents (CV, cover letter, certifications) within 3 calendar days of subscription.

  • Respond to Abjom Tech’s requests for additional information within 48 hours.

  • Regularly check the email inbox associated with your Abjom Tech account.

  • Promptly respond to any messages you receive from recruiters or hiring managers.

  • Confirm eligibility for visa-sponsored roles (e.g., meet skill/experience requirements).

Failure to comply may delay or terminate Services without refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Full payment is required before Services commence, unless an installment plan is agreed upon (max. 2 installments, 1 month apart).

  • Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable once the application process begins.

  • Chargebacks: Disputing valid payments will result in legal action and termination of Services.

6. Service Timeline

  • Start Date: Services begin after payment and document verification.

  • Completion: Abjom Tech will submit a specific number of applications based on the plan subscribed to by the client. The subscription ends when the number of applications is completed for the client.

7. Confidentiality

Abjom Tech will:

  • Protect your personal/professional data per our [Privacy Policy].

  • Disclose information only to employers for job applications.

You consent to sharing your details with potential employers.

8. Termination

Abjom Tech may terminate Services if:

  • You fail to provide documents or respond to requests (see Section 3).

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) prevent service delivery.

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

No refunds will be issued upon termination for breach of Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Abjom Tech is not liable for:

  • Employer decisions (rejections, visa denials).

  • Inaccuracies in information provided by you.

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., employers, visa processing).

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost income, relocation costs).

10. Amendments

Abjom Tech reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified via email or website announcements. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Manchester, UK.

12. Acceptance

By subscribing, you confirm:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions

  • You are legally eligible to seek UK visa-sponsored employment.
